Nila Infrastructures (NILA) has received an additional order pertaining to EPC contract worth Rs 53.84 crore from Adani Group’s Shantigram Estate Management for further construction at Inspire Business Park, Phase-II Project at Shantigram, Ahmedabad.
The additional order envisages further construction of about 400,000 sq. ft. built-up area (one (1) tower having double basement+G+12 floors and two towers with double basement+G+8 floors). It has to be completed within 18 months.
NILA is a growing entity in the real estate and urban infrastructure space. The company has been engaged in turnkey civic infrastructure constructions, besides the development and marketing of residential real estate schemes.
