Omaxe advances on executing concession agreement with North DMC

Omaxe is currently trading at Rs. 225.15, up by 3.55 points or 1.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 221.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 224.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 226.80 and Rs. 223.80 respectively. So far 20944 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 235.15 on 10-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 192.80 on 08-Sep-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 226.80 and Rs. 218.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4126.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.82% and 9.46% respectively.

Omaxe has executed a Concession Agreement with North Delhi Municipal Corporation (North DMC) on July 10, 2018 for the Redevelopment/Reconstruction of Multi level Car Parking at Gandhi Maidan, Delhi.

The project is in the prime area of Old Delhi, adjoining Chandni Chowk Market and Metro Station.

Omaxe is engaged in real estate activities. The company is engaged in the business of providing infrastructure facilities, which include housing and real estate development.
