With reference to the earlier notice dated 06.07.2018 regarding Intimation of Trading Window Closure, Sayaji Hotels has informed that the Board Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on 13th July, 2018 is postpone to the 30th July, 2018, Now the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall continue to close and will reopen 48 hours after the forthcoming Board meeting going to be held on 30th July, 2018. All the designated persons already advised to not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period.
