Budge Budge Company has sold 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Vasavi Infrastructure Projects and 4,28,405 Equity Shares of South West Fintrade Udyog, being its Subsidiary and Associate Companies, respectively on March 08, 2018. Accordingly, both the companies ceased to be Subsidiary and Associate Companies, respectively, with effect from March 08, 2018.
