Suprajit Engineering has informed that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from August 11, 2018 to August 14, 2018 for the purpose of AGM and payment of final dividend, if approved at the AGM. Also informed that, final dividend of Re 0.80 (80%), if approved at the AGM will be paid to those Members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company/ beneficial owners as per the records of depositories, as on August 10, 2018.
