Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.
The company has reported a rise of 42.78% in its net profit at Rs 15.22 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 10.66 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 17.51% at Rs 145.42 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 123.75 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 93.34% in its net profit at Rs 26.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 13.81 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 18.18% at Rs 175.75 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 148.71 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
