PAE has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday August 11, 2018, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with Audit Report for the quarter ended as on June 30, 2018; and any other matters as per request of the board. Further, the trading window in respect of the Companies securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on Monday 6, August 2018 and shall be open after forty-eight hours from conclusion of the board meeting.
