Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) has executed agreements with Urban Stay Technologies (USTPL) and the Promoters of USTPL on August 09, 2018, whereby, the company will be investing up to Rs 10 crore in USTPL in two tranches.

Upon investment of first tranche, the company will acquire overall 14.35% stake in the total paid-up share capital of USTPL, which will go up to 25.10% post the second tranche of the investment.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is the real estate and infrastructure development business of the $19 billion Mahindra Group, and a pioneer of sustainable urbanization in India.
