Fiberweb India has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 30, 2012, to consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the company for the year ended March 31, 2012, the convening the 27th annual general meeting of the company and to approve the notice thereof and to take on record the provisional un-audited financial results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2012 subject to limited review by the auditors.
Further, the board will also consider the reappointment of P. V. Sheth as chairman & Managing director and P. S. Krishnan as executive director (whole time) of the company and will review working of the company and BIFR matter.
