Timken India has completed the acquisition of ABC Bearings. The acquisition of ABC Bearings furthers Timken's global leadership position in tapered roller bearings by expanding company’s presence in India and enhancing the export capabilities to serve global markets.
Timken India is primarily engaged in manufacture, sale and export for sale of antifriction bearings, components and related parts. The company is also engaged in import and purchase for resale and acts as a sales agent for the products manufactured by The Timken Company.
