Vyapar Industries has received an approval for sale of part investment of the company in the Equity Shares of Beneficent Knowledge Parks & Properties to the extent of 6,87,357 equity shares for Rs 4,94,86,339.70 to Excelestar Ventures 1, LLC, USA. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 18, 2018, approved the same.

Vyapar Industries is one of the largest manufacturer, wholesaler and exporter of quality viscose rayon yarns, embroidery yarns, fabrics & other accessories.
