Artson Engineering has informed that in Compliance with the Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices (the Code), and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all the Designates and Insiders from 22nd September 2018 till two days after the public announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ending on 30th September 2018. All the Directors/ other designated persons their relatives are advised, not to trade in the securities of the Company during the trading window closure period.
