Filtra Consultants and Engineers has received an approval for incorporation of subsidiary company in India wherein the company will be holding 51% of total paid-up share capital of the proposed Company. The amount of investment in the proposed Company will be up to Rs 5 lakh. The proposed company will import the Membrane and other components related to Water Purification (which will be of majorly of industrial use) and sell as component or assembled and sell in India or abroad on B2B or B2C basis. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 22, 2018, approved the same.
