GPT Sons, promoter group entity of GPT Infraprojects has bought 66,500 equity shares of the company on September 24, 2018 for an amount of Rs 78,47,730 through open market purchase.
The promoter entity's stake has increased from 11247704 equity shares or 38.67% to 11314204 equity shares or 38.90%.
GPT Infraprojects, the flagship company of GPT Group, is a premier infrastructure company based out of Kolkata. GPT, incorporated in 1980, operates through two business divisions - Infrastructure and Sleepers.
