UFO Moviez India has completed the acquisition of 2,895 equity shares i.e 20% of equity share capital of Valuable Digital Screens (VDSPL), a subsidiary company of the company, at a total consideration of Rs 60 lakh.

UFO Moviez India was incorporated as ‘Valuable Media’. The company is India’s largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform (in terms of numbers of screens).
