UFO Moviez has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 8, 2018, has approved the purchase of 2,895 equity shares of Valuable Digital Screens (VDSPL) a subsidiary company of the Company, from the existing equity shareholder of VDSPL at a total consideration of Rs 60 lakhs. Further, informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of these 2,895 equity shares of VDSPL. The details of the acquisition are same as mentioned in enclosed letter dated August 8, 2018.
