In continuation of letter dated 17th September, 2018 and Sterling Powergensys has informed that the board of directors of the company have passed the resolution in board meeting dated 17th September, 2018 according to said resolution the company has filed an application before the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra for the extension of time for holding the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on 31.03.2018. Based on the Company’s application, the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, vide its order dated 28th September, 2018 had granted to hold AGM up to 30th November 2018 i.e. 2 Months of extension of holding AGM. The Company shall convey the date of Annual General Meeting as and when the Board of Directors of the Company decides as such.
