Prism Flexible Solutions has become a subsidiary company of Neo Corp International, by virtue of latter controlling the composition of board of directors of Prism Flexible Solutions, with effect from July 18, 2012. This company shall be engaged in the business of trading and manufacturing of flexible packaging material and other allied products.
Neo Corp International is engaged in making tailor designed products under Packtech. It reached the status of a fore-runner internationally as a reliable supplier of Packtech products.
