Asian Tea rises on acquiring majority stake in Asian Tea Company

Asian Tea & Exports is currently trading at Rs. 15.90, up by 0.68 points or 4.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 15.22 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.90 and Rs. 15.90 respectively. So far 1 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 29.85 on 04-Aug-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.25 on 02-Jul-2012.

Company offers teas from different tea growing regions of India such as Assam, Darjeeling and Nilgiris and other countries namely Sri Lanka, Kenya, Indonesia and Vietnam. The company markets its products under the brand name “FOUR SEASONS”.
