Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company remain closed for the period from 2nd November, 2018 to 11th November, 2018. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons (Directors / KMPs/ Designated Employees) and other connected persons have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
