Padamshi & Co., Chartered Accountants and shifted the registered office of the company from 47, Sabalpur Junagadh 362 037 to 702, 'A' Wing, Ashoka Chambers, Rasala Marg, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad 380 006 subject to approval of members in general meeting.
Further, the board convened extra ordinary general meeting on August 24, 2012 at 11.00 A.M. at the registered office of the company to transact the business as mentioned in Point 2 and also to appoint new auditors of the company to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of existing auditors.
