With reference to the mail dated November 1, 2018, Omaxe has informed that a clarification on media report has already been submitted by the Company on September 25, 2018. Sunil Goel has filed an application under Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2013 seeking permission of the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench for filing a petition under section 241-242 of the Companies Act 2013, before the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh and the said application was heard by the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal on September 19, 2018 and the Honourable Member of the Tribunal has observed that there is ‘No ground for interim stay ‘ and has issued notice for the said petition and the next date of hearing is fixed for November 16, 2018. It is further stated that no order has been passed by the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal on Wednesday i.e. October 31, 2018.
