Moreover, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for Prevention for Insider Trading & SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window will remain closed, for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company by insiders, from November 6, 2018. Further, the Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2018.
