Agro Tech Foods has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 25, 2012, has appointed William Lyon Hutton as additional directors of the company.
Further, William Lyon Hutton has been elected as the chairman of the board and the remuneration and nominations committee of the board of directors of the company has been reorganized. The new committee will consist of Lt. Gen. D. B. Singh, Sanjaya Kulkarni, Arun Bewoor, Narendra Ambwani, Patrick Douglas Linehan, Michael D. Walter, and William Lyon Hutton as non executive directors.
