Paul Sugumaran, Whole Time Director of the Company, conveying his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, on account of preoccupation in other works. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved his resignation as Whole Time Director and also as a Director at their Meeting held on November 5, 2018. This intimation is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the information of the Exchange and Members.
