The company has also acquired on long term lease Hotel Nashik Inn (25 Rooms) situated at Nashik.
Further, the company has entered into Management Contracts for Hotel Guruprerna (37 Rooms) situated at Dwarka and Hotel Suraj Club (39 Rooms) situated at Junagadh. It also commenced first Individual Restaurant, Spice Lounge by The Byke situated at Malad (Mumbai).
