Bhagyanagar Properties has entered into Agreement of Sale in favour of Sai Surya Infra Developers, Hyderabad, for sale of 1 Acre (4840 Square yards) of open land out of total 16.36 Acres of land situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Gandipet Mandal, Hyderabad at a price of at Rs 12000 per square yard.

Further, the company has received total amount of Rs 5,80,80,000 towards sale consideration and Sale deed will be executed shortly.

Bhagyanagar Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bhagyanagar India. It is in the business of purchasing land parcels and then developing them.
