Anik Industries has informed that due date for submission of financial results for quarter ended 30th September, 2018 was 14th November, 2018. The Meeting of Board of Directors for approval of said financial results was scheduled beyond the due date as Manish Shahra, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company was scheduled to remain out of India on that date and was supposed to come back after 16.11.2018. Therefore, the Board Meeting was scheduled on the very next date of his schedule arrival to India i.e. 17.11.2018. Due to aforesaid reason Company submitted the result after due date.
