The Board also discussed and took a decision that the factory situated at 108, Mount Poonamallee Road, Porur, Chennai-600116 be closed with effect from close of business hours of 29th November 2018 arising from the continuing suspension of production and settlement of the workforce. The Board Meeting started at 3.15 pm and concluded at 4.30 pm.
