Mafatlal Industries has informed that pursuant to Order passed by the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, (‘NCLT Order’), sanctioning a composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation, the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited (‘KCPL’), the Registrar & Share Transfer Agents of the company, have been transferred to Karvy Fintech with effect from 17th November, 2018. The company has further informed that pursuant to the NCL T Order all the existing Agreements to which KCPL is a party, including the Agreements entered into with the company shall stand transferred to and vested in Karvy Fintech without any further act or deed. Their address for correspondence and telephone numbers remain unchanged.
