AVT Natural Products has decided to start a subsidiary company in UK. The details of the company are being worked out and the company expects the unit to be operational latest by October 01, 2012.
The proposed subsidiary will be the marketing arm of AVT Natural Products for decaffeinated tea and instant tea. These value added beverages are extracted at company's Cochin plant. While the company have sufficient capacity in the decaffeinated tea at company's Cochin plant, new capital expenditure is under way to increase capacity of instant Tea manufacturing.
With this development, AVT Natural will further strengthen its position in the Global value added beverages market.
