In line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Heavy Electricals has informed that Rajeev Kalra, Deputy Company Secretary has been appointed as Company Secretary, BHEL with effect from December 17, 2018 vice I.P. Singh who relinquished the charge of Company Secretary, BHEL due to proceeding on sabbatical leave from December 17, 2018. The terms & conditions of appointment of Rajeev Kalra as Company Secretary shall be the terms of employment in the company for his respective grade. Brief profile of Rajeev Kalra is enclosed at Annexure-I. Further, pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of the aforesaid regulations, Rajeev Kalra, Company Secretary has also been appointed as Compliance Officer of the company from December 17, 2018.
