Indag Rubber has decided to set up a wholly owned subsidiary company under the Companies Act, 2013 to enter into the business of electric mobility infrastructure services using equipment such as batteries, charging stations etc. which is subject to the necessary approvals by the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Board of Directors in their meeting held on December 17, 2018, decided the same.
