In compliance to the SEBI circular number SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated 20th April, 2018, and in continuation of the first letter sent through registered post on June 14, 2018 and First Reminder thereafter sent through registered post on Sept 1, 2018 to the concerned shareholders, Bharat Seats has informed that the Company had sent the letters as Second Reminder through ordinary post on October 12, 2018 to all the shareholders whose PAN and bank details are not available with the Company/RTA, requesting them to update same in the records of the Company and RTA. As per the SEBI amendment dated June 8, 2018 in Regulation40 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company had also sent letters through registered post to the shareholders on September 1, 2018, who holds shares in physical mode, to demat their physical shareholding at the earliest on or before Dec 5,2018 and First reminder thereafter sent through ordinary post on October 12,2018 and Second reminder through ordinary post on November 20,2018.
