Natura Hue Chem has informed about the sudden and sad demise of Arun Kumar Jain, Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the company, on Friday, the 21st December, 2018. Arun Jain was on leave from last few days and the shocking news was informed by one of his family members to the company. His sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the company and all the directors and his colleagues of the company. Further, the company is in process of appointing of new Company Secretary and Compliance officer. The above is in compliance of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
