Shentracon Chemicals has informed that Sourabh Chitlangia has been resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from December 28, 2018. The Company has accepted his resignation and relived him from him responsibilities effective from December 28, 2018. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Sourabh Chitlangia has also ceased to be the Compliance officer of the Company. Further the Company has informed that Sanjay Sureka, Director of the Company, be and is hereby designated as compliance officer of the Company.
