Vijay Shanthi Builders will be shortly launching its prestigious projects ‘i-sky villa apartments’ at OMR - Perungudi. The project value of the ‘i- sky villa apartments’ is about Rs 40 crore. The project is located at Corporation Road, Perungudi in Chennai comprising of approximately 41,600 square feet of built up area.
Last year in December, the company’s project ‘Infiniti’ worth Rs 110 crore located at Chettipedu village, Sri Perumbudur in Chennai was fully sold out. The project comprised of about 410,188 square feet of built up area, consisting of about 588 apartments.
