Dhampur Sugar Mills has informed that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of the company shall remain closed from Thursday, 24th day of January, 2019 to Thursday, 31st day of January, 2019 as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 30th day of January, 2019 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
