Shemaroo Entertainment has received approval to invest in a company to be incorporated at Abu Dhabi in the name of ‘Shemaroo Entertainment LLC’ or any other name as may be approved by the competent authorities by way of subscription of securities. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2019 has approved the same.
Shemaroo Entertainment is a holding company. The company is an entertainment company engaged in the business of motion picture, video and television program distribution activities.
