Pursuant to the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2018 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 05, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock exchanges. Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
