DHP India informs about un-audited financial statements

DHP India has informed that the members of the audit committee and the Board of Directors of the company, both approved the un-audited financial statements (with limited review by statutory auditors) for the Third quarter ended 31.12.2018 (from 01.10.2018 to 31.12.2018) and First Nine months ended 31.12.2018 (From 01.04.2018 to 31.12.2018) on today's meeting, that is, 12.02.2019 at 11.30 AM and 12.00 PM respectively as per Annexure - I of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in compliance with Ind AS. Details of accounts and statements are attached in a separate sheet.
