Pursuant to Regulation 42 and 43 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , GPT Infraprojects has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13th day of February, 2019, have declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 20% (Rs 2.00 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs 10 each) of the Company, for the financial year 2018-19. The Company is expecting to pay the interim dividend to the shareholders on or before 14th March, 2019. The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the aforesaid Interim Dividend has been fixed as Saturday, 23rd February, 2019.
