Ashok Leyland has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a fall of 21.45% in its net profit at Rs 380.84 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 484.86 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 12.26% at Rs 6,346.04 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 7,232.39 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
