Suditi Industries has executed the license contract with PSG Merchandising. PSG Merchandising is a French simplified liability company and subsidiary of Paris Saint-Germain Football Professional Sports Company (Paris Saint-Germain). Paris Saint-Germain is the organization responsible for the management of Paris Saint-Germain Football Club's professional activities.
Accordingly PSG Merchandising has granted the company the right to use Paris Saint-Germain's intellectual property rights for commercial purposes. As per the license contract, the company is entitled to use the trademarks, logos, copyright material, patents, copyright, knowledge, drawings as specified in the contract of the PSG Merchandising on the apparels/ garments manufactured by the company. The company can manufacture the apparels/garments as stated above and sell them in the domestic market (Indian Market) and the contract is valid up to June 30, 2020.
