Thermax joint venture company (JVC) - Thermax Energy Performance Services (TEPS) had been dissolved on May 10, 2012 pursuant to the order passed by the High Court of Mumbai.

TEPS is a JVC where the company holds 51% stake while the rest 49% is been held by EPS Asia Incorporation, and had been referred earlier for voluntary winding-up effective from February 28, 2007.

Thermax offers engineering solutions to various industries. It offers wide range of products and services in heating, cooling, waste heat recovery, captive power, water treatment, recycling and waste management.
