Forbes & Company has resolved dispute with Videocon Realty and Infrastructure (VRIL) in respect of Project Vicinia through Arbitration Mechanism. The company is required to pay an amount of Rs 153 crore to VRIL and VRIL would have no rights or interests in the Project Vicinia.
This would not in any manner affect or prejudice the buyers of the flats in the Project Vicinia.
