Viceroy Hotels has informed that the e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the 17th meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced on 28 February 2019 at 02:00 p.m. and concluded on 01 March, 2019 at 02:00 p.m. In this regard, the company has enclosed the following outcome of E-Voting: The COC decided to seek further extension of time up to 30 days for the CIRP period beyond the last date i.e., 06.03.2019, due to ongoing negotiations with the Resolution Applicants which are in advanced stage, in order to maximize the stakeholders’ value.
