Bank of Maharashtra has informed that the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of Section 9(3) of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub clause (1) of clause (3) of The Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, vide its Notification no.F.No.6/1/2018-BO.I dated 01st March, 2019 has reappointed Archana Ravindrarai Dholakia, as part-time non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra, for a period of one year from the date of this notification, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
