Udwadia, Independent Director of the Company vide email dated 12th March, 2019, has informed that he would step down as the Director on the Board and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as well as the Member of the Audit Committee effective from the close of the business hours on Friday, 29th March, 2019. D.E. Udwadia has informed that he is resigning as he has completed 36 long years as a Director of the Company and this is the appropriate time for him to move on.
