Shetron informs about resignation of CS cum CO

In compliance to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shetron has informed about Neethi D Cunha has resigned from the post of Compliance officer and Company secretary of the Company and her resignation has been accepted with effect from the close of normal office hours on 14th March, 2019. Further, Karthik Nayak, Joint Managing Director has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.
